This blog is for our child, Olivia. This is to track her journey home and allow people who have prayed for her to share in our joy. We hope that she will read this one day and know that we chose her and our love for her started before we knew her.
Bless your heart, Laura...you're so tired. Sweet Olivia is just beautiful. Know we've still not met (yet) but hope you don't mind that we are following your journey and pray for you all often!! We plan to be at the airport Sat to help greet you all...my heart just leaps for all of you!! Hang in there, you'll all be home soon!!
Oh, your daughter is just wonderful! She seems very calm and sweet. :)And that dessert? YUM!!!
I loved watching this video and occassionally hearing you and John comment. It was very sweet. It is surreal to see her in "action" and yet be waiting to meet her. Annelyn has all kinds of ideas of what they will do together and based on your post about your picture book declared that she should only have hard books. So, she started searching her shelves for hard books tonight.
Laura, she is beautiful. I don't know if you got my last post, I think I put it on an earlier day by accident? Anyway, we love you and are praying for you. Carter litereally counted down the last minutes until 7pm Sunday night. He was so excited. I mentioned earlier, don't know if you got it, my kids did both the hiding behind the coat thing, and the tearing stuff up!! Don't sweat it, stop worrying. It is all normal, especially for her age. She is going to fall head over in heels in love with both you and John. School is fine. Sherry and the kids were all doing great when Rob and I were there the 14th. Take care and be safe. We look forward to seeing you soon.Love, Cindy and Carter Brown
