ReplyDeleteLaura, I remember that feeling when first meeting both Soph and Noah - very well. It is indescribable. It's the fear of the unknown, but it will wear off the longer you are there with her. Give her kisses just from me!!!!!
ReplyDeleteT minus 35 minutes and counting. I'm watching the clock like a hawk!
ReplyDeleteOk, if you only have to puke, you're doing great! I though I might puke or poop, or both!

ReplyDeleteLaura, she is beautiful. I know you must be beside yourself now that you have finally been face to face with her. Carter and I counted down from 6:30 until 7:00 Sunday night. He was sooo excited. He just cheered loudly at 7pm. Rob and I went to the party at school today. Sherry seemed happy to be there and was doing great. We served ice cream and had lots of fun. The kids were terrific. Julie didn't make it because Simon has the flu. Be safe and know that you are in our hearts, thoughts, and prayers. By the way, the hiding behind the coat thing....all 3 of my kids did that, at about that same age! Don't sweat it girl. The tearing the pix thing, that's why toddlers have board books, they all do that too. Stop worrying!!!
ReplyDeleteWe love you, Cindy and Carter Brown
